boston from the water

Sunny and I took a break from it all to enjoy a perfect day on the Charles. We rented kayaks and paddled all the way from the Newton line to just past the BU bridge:

The way back was, admittedly, a little more strenuous, seeing that the wind and the current were not in our favor. But, we still made it back in one piece - well, two pieces, each a little sunburned, but both totally enjoying the whole thing.
